Default File Upload Feature
I will be adding a feature that will allow uploading of attachments...

This should be happening tomorrow with a few other modifications. If anything strange happens or the board is down breifly my apologies

I am going to try to get to this tonight. However it may have to wait til january...

It is not done yet I will repost here when it works and files can be attached
