Not seeing DE's in the future, so I'm heading back into an M5 for more "practical" family use as well as fun. Maybe a track day? Got rid of mine to get the P-car thing going, but just don't have the time to enjoy it like I did.
As many of you know i'm pretty particular about my car, so this is a great step for someone to have a great looking, street driveable & well set-up track car. I've driven it to Summit & NJMP several times for events. Here is the info: Guards Red with red belts & door pulls. 76,750 miles. One of the cleanest (inside & out) and well maintained RSAs you will find! PERFECT for DE and sunny days. Basically stock inside. Drive it to the track, do the DE, drive home! Factory options include: Limited Slip differential, Air Conditioning & Sunroof. Modifications/Upgrades include: New JVC CD/I-Pod adapter stereo with Boston Acoustics door speakers & Infinity speakers mounted on rear shelf with Kicker 300 watt amp mounted in passenger side storage box. BBS RS-GT 18" wheels w/MPCS's(235/265)Full Bilstein Cup suspension, corner balanced, & lowered @ 65k. Carrera Cup clutch with new slave cylinder & lighter flywheel. AUTOTHORITY DME chip @ 42k. B&B Stainless headers-heaters boxes-cat bypass exhaust with K&N cone intake. Safety Devices roll bar (with brackets for front cage). Crow 5-point harnesses(belts good until 2013) with factory belts still installed. Red Corbeau seats. 2.5 lb Halon fire extinguisher with quick release roll bar mount. New Zimmerman slotted front rotors. Braided & coated stainless steel brake lines. Removable front & rear tow hooks. Brey Kraus front strut tower brace. Factory 993 front door handles painted Guards Red. Custom aluminum pedals with ingraved PORSCHE logo. Polished stainless steel gauge bezel rings. Stainless steel RS America door sills. New distributor rotors & caps, spark plugs, belts, fuel filter, rear wheel bearings, front hood struts, & valves adjusted @56k. New battery, ignition wires, and distributor vent kit @ 54k. Great looking car.. sorry about the need to sell. There was a time when people actually drove porsche's on the street like "normal cars"

Gotta love selling a car. Guy is stuttering thru the process, came down, test drove, no deposit yet but was promised full payment last Friday and now wants to pick it up this week! No money, no car......simple. So, still for sale until some money is given.
Did have a full PPI (compression, leak down and full inspection) on 5/8/12, so that with the FULL history of the car are available. No issues on the PPI.
