Default Fitness for Race Car Drivers

As you all know(or at least agree), being physically/cardiovascularly fit is very important component of being a competent race car driver.

So this winter, I am going to start a series of group classes geared for drivers.

More information to come, but in case if you are wondering what the class will be like, watch this vid.

Neat idea. Definitely include concentration drills and basic heat tolerance.

Great idea, but will you offer a 'beginners' class for those really out of shape???

I feel sorry for the person who has to carry TR on his back..
