Great photos!

Thanks to everyone that volunteered their time at the event. We had great weather and the event ran really smoothly. Autocross was more challenging than I expected which made it a lot of fun. I look forward to trying it again.

Thanks for the pics. I am surprised that my Avalon did not have any more lean to it than it did. That thing was like driving an elephant.

Thanks. I like how you expertly positioned the cone so it blocked the rust hole on my miata!

Definitely a good time when you get decent weather and 6 runs. Getting a little more comfortable going faster through the two big sweepers and can't wait for the next event.

I heard you ended up doing quite well for a noobie tho. And my mother was quite chuffed at the accidental compliment you gave her.

Saturday's event indeed went well! Thanks to all who came out and participated. As some have figured out, results are posted online at www.pcapotomac.org, under AUTOCROSS. I'm making strides towards catching up on pic processing, and hope to have the pic links for both events working by the end of the week.

Mark your calendars for our next Autox on July 24th, at Baysox Stadium.

Yeah I made a bad ASSumption thinking you were driving. Sorry Cindy!!!

I worked the course during Group 1 and watched everyone closely. She was fast! But what stood out for me was watching/listening to how smooth she was with her steering and throttle. It seemed like most cars were panicked and thrashing through the course, while the Boxster looked very relaxed. Bill C was impressive too.

That's what happens when you forget to bring a car to an autox.
