It just looks so "right" in this pose! If you don't set your parking brake, they literally climb on any flatbed they can find.

Clutch work coming. (PS: Convenience Car Care in Manassas does free flatbed pickup and delivery for larger jobs. Sealed the deal for me.) Honestly, this is the first non-scheduled, non-elective mechanical work I've had to do on the car.

Timmy at Convenience is a great guy! And a Charlie Murphy protégé, too.

Never had my car brake down on me so far. Did have a close call though when my waterpump went out

No slight on Charlie intended. Timmy is very hands-on and still has time to deal with the customers.

They do love flatbeds. Sorry to hear about the clutch. No DIY? It isn't THAT bad.

I'm open to suggestions...

... keeping in mind that it's a 72,000 mile car and won't get to 100,000 for 10 years at the rate I'm adding miles.

Rear main seal, heater hoses, maybe resurface flywheel. Probably some others, but those are all high on the list of WYITs for a 944 clutch.
