Shenandoah - accepted red.

I opened up a slot for someone. Actually, I registered for my whole season to help the organizers with enrollment.

I really enjoyed Shanandoah last year.. Would it be bad form to sign up for a DE that occurs on the due date of our second kid?

Shenandoah gets dumped on a lot on Dorkiphus (kinda like Targas...and FEWCs), but Ben insisted we go last year (we were away for PCA, so went with the Mercedes Club). I have to say, driving that twisty track which keeps your speeds relatively reasonable, I was able to really improve my car rotation skills, and credit that with (1) dramatically increased fun in my car, and (2) promotion to black run group.

My only gripe with the SC is the karosel. It is fun at 1st, but eventually gets old. Black Horse watched me almost chuck the 911 when I hit some fluid on the entry. Sideways in the karosel will wake one up in a hurry!

The top of the cork screw is tons on fun once one realizes why there is not grass on the right side of the track.

I wish some group would run the pit straight still. The entry onto that straight is a huge thrill.

We did it our first year there. I enjoyed it, but must admit that all that concrete made me nervous.

It is like the Glen that way. But the sounds echoing off those walls is priceless. I got to drive a V8 Vantage on that configuration in 2007 and it sounded amazing.

Alan,
Link isn't complete. Should be: http://pcapotomac.us/DriversEd/Logon...2fDefault.aspx (your actual URL includes the "...."; right-click & Properties to get/copy the entire URL)

Unfortunately, Mid Ohio and Watkins Glen won't be making it onto our calendar this year. But planning to attend everything else. ....now to go sign up Cindy and Brian for SC!
