In va emissions go away at 25 years. Some install SSIs/headers the week after after last sniffer test

Did you have to bring your title with you to MVA? I'm planning on going very soon for mine.

No. There is a single form to apply. You put in all the expected car info from the title, but I did not need to send the title (or even a copy of it).

Now I'm out cruising looking for a parade to join.

you could have avoided all that by just lowering the car to the point where the inspectors are too afraid to run your car over the machine.
