I rented one from them last time. I figured if I was going to be doing this a lot, I should probably just buy one.

I would buy one, lot more comfortable. If you get one of the Snell 2000 it will be good for at least the next 5/6 years which is all you should use a helmet for anyway. 2005 are not readily available yet, 2000 may be at a discount.

We have been known to walk among the unwashed.

You will find that long time track rats have spots where they always park. As an example the first row behind the covered Tech shed is normaly Art, Dirk the Mitchels the Amicos and the Trew's. The next row over I used to park when I had the inclosed but it is Bruce Dobb's spot now.(I just mooch off his enclosed now) I park my trailer behind his and also in that row is Ralf B. Eric S, Bob N, George W and Art have an uncanny ability to grab the covered tech shed spots. You get the idea. I might come hide at Dorki Central this season and let everyone come to Bruce looking for $5 "I'm late because..." grid techs.
