Default Rare Find 2012 VW Golf 2 Dr TDI With Tech Package Only 65K Miles (Maryland)

Rare find 2012 Volkswagen Golf TDI 2 door with tech package, navi, moonroof, Bi Xenon headlights, keyless / push button start, Dynaudio system, heated seats, DSG transmission with only 65K miles.

Always garaged, never seen rain or snow, no damage of any kind. Factory paint, clean carfax. prior VW certified, under Volkswagen diesel warranty until December 2023 or 103K miles are reached on the car. Always used factory oil & filter.

Owned by a 35 year VW enthusiast with OCD. The TDI has many nice touches from 35% window tint, Weather-Tech window vents, 3M rock protection on hood, fenders, pillars, front roof edge & mirrors, H&R / Solo Werks lowering springs/coilovers, exhaust tips, Golf R style pedal set, paddle shifters,19" wheels & tires with 0 miles on them, factory mud guards. All keys & books, service records. A binder of everything I've done.

I will guarantee you will not find one anywhere in this condition, it just sits in the corner of my garage parked on foam pads and hooked to a battery tender with two other classic VW's.

Title in hand, serious inquiries only. No joy rides.

$17,500

I don't need it. I have no purpose for it. I still want it. The Mk6 cars that are left are now starting to enter a state of enthusiast ownership...perhaps not to _this_ level of enthusiasm

There is a similar Mk6 TDI that I see around me all the time (Darnestown/Jones Ln)...same color, but darker wheels. Always gets a smile from me.

Tom, Sure you need it Trust me I really hate to sell it, it took me over a year to find this one with all the options and the condition it was in.

I was on the hunt for a VW MK3 VR6 GTI and got very lucky and found one locally, the guy owned it for 22 years. I also have a MK1 GTI in the garage that sits beside the TDI. I said to myself I will just leave the VR6 GTI outside due to space in the garage. The first night it rained I couldn't sleep knowing the car was getting wet

The next morning, I put the MK1 GTI on wheel dollies and pushed it in the corner of the garage in-order to get all three vehicles in. So if I want to drive the MK1 GTI I would need to move the other two vehicles and take it off the dollies. I'm getting to old for all this extra work

I drive the Jeep as a daily so I thought to myself when will I really drive the TDI? With the other two GTI's

As you might be able to tell I'm a nut when it comes to my vehicles so whoever buys it will truly get someone great.

Hey Casey, No problem on the spamming Thanks... I truly hate to sell it but need the space, I never drove it anyway just sat in the corner of the garage. I see you have great taste in cars. Silver arrow was a hard find in the GTI. I had a Silver Arrow in the Jetta. Vortex is not like it use to be back in the day but I'm still active there.

I was on the hunt for a MK3 VR6 GTI for sometime now and found it on Vortex the PO owned it for 22 years. I've done a lot of stuff to it already to make it my own. I'm just waiting on my new coilovers to be delivered.

This picture is before a full detail and I re-installed the rear spoiler. I'm on the hunt for factory side skirts.
