Default Security Token Missing

I was trying to start a new parts for sale thread and when I uploaded a photo I got this message: "Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing.

If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error."

Now what?

I know nothing about the vBulletin software so take this advice with a grain of salt.

The site it probably complaining because the request you're sending is missing a CSRF token (Cross Site Request Forgery). Something in your browser or on your machine (add blocker?) may be manipulating your requests. The data in your browser's cache could also be causing issues. I would try clearing the browser cache. If you have another browser installed, try it. If that doesn't work then a Dorki admin will need to step in with advice.

Look at the bottom left of the page for a small icon (box) below "posting rules".

Click and choose a style other than the one currently showing. BTW which "style" was showing before you changed it?

Better now?

No luck so far, so I posted without pics. One possible contributor to the problem is that when I login, I get the message "Invalid Post specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the administrator." But if I hit on Forum or New Posts, everything seems OK.

I suspect the link/favorite/bookmark you have saved for Dorkiphus is to a specific thread or post instead of to the main address of the board (https://dorkiphus.net/porsche/index.php). This may be part of the security issues as well (though I'm a bit skeptical here).

Try this:
1. Clear you browser cache: https://www.technipages.com/google-chrome-clear-cache

2. Close your browser

3. Reopen Chrome and go to droki using this URL: https://dorkiphus.net/porsche/index.php?styleid=1

4. Log in at the top of the page.

5. See if you can post pictures.

Harliegh, you might want to indicate the OS and Browser you are using.
