ahem, Steve, please let me know if you would like your FS thread cleaned up a bit...

And please Mark, in the future refrain from being critical of the costs associated with Scott's fashion choices. Outside of the Porsche world he also has a business, and his income is partially dependent on instilling confidence in potential clients by looking fabulous. Remember, it takes money to make money. He relies on that income to fund his racing.

Bresy wreaks havoc where ever he goes....guess I'm just used to it.

Anyway, bump it up. Somebody needs to make me a reasonable offer on this car before the track season finally arrives. I have fixed a couple more little issues and have about 500 miles on it since the rebuild and things have sealed up nicely and it is running strong. Insurance is only $200 a year and since it qualifies for historic, plates are only $51 for 2 years and no inspection in Maryland. It will make someone a nice daily driver/track car.

Have had a couple of nibbles but no takers yet. Bump for a new price. $14K or BO

Bump for the DE season starting up and this will make someone a nice reliable track car/DD since every mechanical system on this car has been checked/ freshened up/ replaced. Make me an offer. Would like to see it get some use.

Man, I REALLY want a 944... But, no space, and waiting on the Skyline to be finished means I would be killed for even mentioning it.

But, does this fit a string bass? Maybe I can get it for my "daughter" to drive...

As someone who used to track a 944, it's pretty impressive what you can cram in one if you're smart.

My track packing list for that car was
(4) 17x9 wheels with 255/40/17 race tires
(2) "track tools" tool boxes
(1) cooler
(1) chair
(1) large duffel with my clothes for the weekend, helmet, gloves, etc.
(2) rotors (1 front, 1 rear)
and lots of other random small stuff.
