Default Local ceramic (or other protective) coating for headers?

I've got a fairly rare set of long tube headers from Sweden on my old Volvo 240 DD/clunker. They're mild steel, and starting to show a decent amount of surface rust. I'd like to get them coated to protect them from further corrosion (performance really isn't a concern on my ~70HP 240), but I'd like to avoid the time and extra cost that shipping to a place like Jet Hot would add. Is there anywhere local-ish that does this kind of work?
