Sounds cool. Apparently the G50 has an extremely heavy fly wheel. Not sure why but this would eliminate it to some extent

Very clever.

The dual mass flywheel used on the g50 and other makes is designed to reduce vibration. It's effectively two flywheels linked by a springy thing, and for the g50 actually weighs 2x that of the RS single-mass FW. The dual mass definitely quiets down the transaxle.
