I have a large crimper if you'd like to borrow it. Designed specifically for the large gauge wires and is hydraulic. The hammer type has less opportunity to see and adjust, I think.

I've used copper compression terminals in the past. Better than lead and have held up nicely.

Similar to this:

Those look nice! All my connectors were Panduit Ring-style connectors and not actually battery terminal connectors.

Thank you both

I somehow missed the low end of the crimper options and only saw the $$ stuff. I need to look into this further, as usual there are more opinions than people on the proper terminal connection method.

I have one of these... used it a couple times, and it works well enough. I like the compression terminals that Charlie posted better.

Can use a workout 6 pot pad for larger calipers

Router bits

Is there a combo rabbet set worth getting? I dont feel like spending $50/ea for 4-5 bits I might use another 10x but also dont want to buy junk.

toolstoday.com sells this for ~$50. So many options out there, are they really different or just different color boxes?

I stick with Whiteside, Freud or CMT bits typically in that order. Always had good results with those. Whiteside sells the same kit on Amazon for $55: https://www.amazon.com/Whiteside-Rou.../dp/B000K2C87G. That's what I'd buy personally.

Excellent, thank you.

Glad I checked, I have a 1/4" shank router. Need to decide if I should get the 1/4 set or a new router.

Thanks again Jazz
