Default 997 GT3 4.0 "Clubsport" Build 450hp @ the wheels

For Sale: 2007 Porsche 997.1 GT3
VIN: WP0AC29937S793009
Color: Carrara White
Mileage: 62,950 (engine rebuilt to 4.0L at 59K miles, trans rebuit at 60K miles)
Price: $115K

Up for sale is 2007 Porsche GT3 built to my expression of a 997 “4.0 Clubsport”. A fully-developed track weapon that is streetable. Starting with an ultra high performance 4.0L GT1-based Mezger engine built with 102.7mm bore x 80.4mm stroke, 13.5:1 compression ratio, custom dyno tuned to make 446whp on 93 octane/450whp on 100 octane. This engine pulls very strong, it pulls equal to a 991.2 GT3RS on track. The transmission is a very well prepared G50 traditional H-pattern with Cup car 4.0:1 ring & pinion, 4.0 lightweight flywheel & clutch, and billet 40/60 LSD for maximum driving pleasure. The suspension, brakes, and body work is a culmination of the motorsports industry. In the 7 years that I have owned this car, over $100K was spent in parts alone to make this car in to what is today. Weighs 2983 lbs with 7 gallons of gas. The acceleration, cornering, and braking capability is exhilaration and in my opinion, as close as it gets to a Cup car from a street car. AC, defroster, and power windows are full functional. This GT3 is the grandest build project in my career. Why I am selling? It is because I have done everything that I wanted to do to this car, and then some, and I must say that I enjoy the build process more than the driving. So for me, the driving is to proof the work quality. Anyway, this car is my masterpiece and it is completed. It is time for the next owner to enjoy this masterpiece, and for me to start with a new project on a blank canvas, even though I will likely very regret it. Clean title. Clean Carfax report.
