Default Traffic Attorney Needed for Loudoun Co

103 in a 55.

The guy really needs an attorney that works the Loudoun Co traffic courts regularly.

His last ticket was in 2015, so clean driving record.

Any referrals appreciated, as he only has a lead on a statewide firm that 'has an attorney that has been before the Loudoun court a few times.'

He initially got cuffed but was later allowed to drive home.

Is it still 1 night for every MPH>90? That could be rough!

Did he have any extenuating circumstances?

Has he been a regular and generous donator to the PBA?

Donating to the Professional Bowlers Association?

Seriously - too late for that. It's in the DA's hands.

Yeah, he knows how bad it could be. He talked to an attorney w/ a lot of Loudoun experience late yesterday afternoon, and will likely go with him today since he has no other leads. But they guy just bargained down another one that was for someone going even faster. The guy got a 60 day license suspension and a reckless but with no speed listed.

So my friend is figuring $4-$5k in attorney fees, plus the fine(s) and court costs, plus a bump in car insurance for 5 or more years (that one is the big question mark as to the cost). And finding a way to commute 40+ miles daily between his home and his jobsite for 2 months. And maybe spending a handful or two of days in a jail.
