PCCM+ (Classic Radio) installers?
I searched the forum but didn’t find much related to installing the Porsche classic radio. I’m looking to install one in my 996 TTS
From reading online, the classic radio can be a little tricky to install, especially if you want to connect it to OEM inputs - like the original built-in mic, or gps antenna. Additionally, I’m looking for some light custom work to make the USB inputs look built-in. Basically, I’m looking for a high-end installer with lots of experience installing the Porsche PCCM+… The dealership might have the most experience doing basic installs, but not sure they’d go the extra mile to connect everything perfectly… Would love to hear from anyone else that has done this install. Thanks, |

I'm not sure where you are located, but Westminster Sound and Speed is my go to. Not only is the owner a long term PCA member, his shop does incredible work. Check out their webpage:
https://www.westminsterspeed.com/ They have done several PCCM installs, and can also offer you all kinds of options. They did the stereo in my Cayman, and it's pretty incredible. Elric42 |

I give another thumbs-up to Westminster Speed and Sound. The added a CarPlay upgrade to the stock system in my 2015 Cayman.

Thanks everyone. WSS looks exactly like the type of shop I was looking for.
Welcome any other suggestions. I’ll keep the forum updated. |
