Default E46 Headlight Housing

I've had trouble over the years with the passenger side headlight on my E46. I had some accident damage, it was put together wrong, the housing kind of melted and then it's gotten more wrong. I drove it today and can't figure out why the high beam DRLs aren't on on one side, but neither is the idiot light on the dash. See next post.

Anyhow, anyone recommend some "non-OEM" alternatives to replace these?

I've put TYC's in more than a few cars, fit every time.
