This is not me being facetious; honest question here: if Toyo does not have plans to provide discounts to DE participants on tires (or other services perhaps), I'm not sure I understand the value they're providing? Oooh or maybe they're helping to lower entrance fees!

What is the "technical assistance" they'll be providing on-track...the average DE participant isn't exactly used to analyzing tire data and interpreting tire graphs, which is usually what "technical assistance" means in context like this.
