Default Futura Trailers

So looking at becoming a dealer for them and figured may as well see about people's experiences opinions etc so far

If you have them, what do you like/dislike/what are must have options etc.

Looks like the tandem, stone gaurd, tirerack, spare wheels, and winch would be the typical setup but the new enclosed ones look pretty sweet as well.

Thanks for any input

Yup, I have one. It's really nice not to have to deal with ramps.

The closest thing I have to a complaint is that all the tie-down spots are located on the edges of the trailer bed, so you can't mount toolboxes or gas can pockets on the sides without interfering with potential tie-down spots. Mike K. came up with an alternate solution; he bought the long-bed version and mounted his toolboxes right behind the wind blocker.

Thanks for posting up about them
I see what you mean on the tie down locations, i could see doing some tounge mounted options but ill send a note to them to see if they have any options/suggestions or plan to adjust

Looks like to make it worth my time i need at least two more interested, if anyone is in the market let me know may be able to make it worth your while.

There aren't a whole lot of tongue-mount options either, at least not without replacing the stock box.

The winch for raising and lowering the trailer is in a low, tongue-mount box, with the cable running out a hole in the bottom rear of the box. Plus, there is a solar charging panel on top of the box, to keep the battery charged during storage.

One option might be to replace the existing box with a taller one, and put a shelf inside so that you can store things above the winch.

Another option might be to move the solar panel to the top of the wind blocker and then put another toolbox on top of the existing tongue box. However, you'd also have to relocate the plug for the recovery winch, if so equipped (I have one and really like it -- it's a must-have option).
