RANT ON: For a bunch of DIY wisses, there is a lot of demand for hand holding when it comes to MSR. Even I could figure out how to update my account without getting step by step instructions printed in all major newpapers and interweb. I have not kept up with my track days for couple of years now. I just do not care anymore whether I have 50 or 150 days.

I feel better now. I think it was just gas.

FWIW, if anyone gets stuck, you can click the Contact link at the bottom of any page or pick up the phone and call us at MotorsportReg.com at +1.415.462.5603. We can't answer questions like "What kind of helmet do I need?" or "Am I going to make it off the waitlist?", but if you have a technical issue, we're here to help. One of our value adds is in taking off some of the load from your volunteers so they can enjoy their "job" a little more.

Brian (MSR Founder)

PS - we *might* be able to answer questions like, "What's the fastest way through the corkscrew at Laguna Seca?", but I don't think that'll be of much help out your direction.

Brian, thanks for the tips. I think folks are a bit grumpy in this case as Potomac PCA had a rocking good in house home built on line reg system that was coded up and fine tuned to just what we need for our program and how we run it. The legal changes regarding credit cards forced up into using your system. We did not go from paper checks phone calls and the like. We went from tailor made to off the rack. Most of the griping here is just good natured making fun of things.

BTW what is the fastest way through the cork screw?

Brian:
Can you improve the functionality to allow attachments to outgoing emails. We really appreciate getting schedules, rosters, etc. in nicely formatted form, but apparently MSR can only output text within the message...
