Default Cheap OEM Toyota H4 kit
I don't know if we've talked about these, but via Grassroots Motorsports and 2002faq I got turned on to a kit for 2 H4 housings, bulbs, relays and a harness for under $40. Available at the dealer or online as toyota 81110-60p70.

I'll try ordering a set from Leesburg this week for my Volvo.
