Default Truck Tire Recommendations

Its time to put new rubber on the 2016 4x4 F150 that we use to tow the trailer. We don't really take it off road - 95% of the driving is on the road/highway and not towing the trailer. Looking for recommendations for new all-season rubber

+1 Michelin Defender LTX, got them on my 250. They are the OEM tire.

+3 for the M tyre. Switched some years ago on F150 and have been very pleased w/performance, wear, and reduced tyre rod noise

Hard to argue with the Michelins but I had such good luck with the OEM tires that came on the Truck that I bought them again. 65k miles no flats or problems. BFG Rugged trail T/A

Any particular version of the LTX. Looking on the Michelin site it seems there are many options but they aren’t really clear about the differentiation.

check w/Paul. His pricing was ~the price from Costco plus he could get them w/out delay

The names are a bit confusing. For street only tires look at M/S, Defender M/S is the newer version.

I'm really happy with Kumho's, I upped the load rating, reasonably quiet and a bunch cheaper than the Michelin.
