Default How to Adjust Side Window

I replaced the passenger side window regulator on the cayman, and did a test before putting everything back together.
The driver side window goes all the way into the door in the down position and no part of the glass in visible. The passenger side that replaced, sticks slightly above the door edge and you see the top edge of the glass.
Any suggestions on how to ensure the window is adjusted correctly.

Is that lack of response because
1) any idiot should know how to do this
2) nobody has had this problem/done this
3) your questions are not worth our time, FUD

Although the winning answer is 3, the correct one is 1.
I was wondering what is the point of the adjuster on the window attachment part of the regulator? Apparently, it adjust the window height.
This is from the bad regulator.

Many of the DIY Cayman peeps aren't very active here until DE season is underway.

Glad you figured it out.

As my buddy Axl is fond of saying, all you need is just a little patience.

I think we all have just become drovers

Any way, to complete the story for the next person with this question, you do not need to take the door apart, unless you are replacing the regulator.
There are two access holes covered by rubber grommet (?) or whatever they are called.
From one you can access the regulator arm which slide back and forth to adjust the window tilt (do you have wind noise). From the other, you can access the window height adjustment screw. You need a long extension and a 5 mm 12 point socket.
