See you at the Glen! I already counted 10 GT4s and roughly the same number of GT3s registered. I’ll be in the yellow Cayman with an arm stuck out the window..

10 GT4's! I don't think I've seen more than 2 in the same place before. I took a look and they're mostly in black and red run groups, a couple white, and one green. I guess that means I have the fastest Cayman in blue. No pressure! lol I'm also scratching my head at what seems like way too many people registered in black, unless several of them are instruct-only.

Anyhow, thanks again and see everyone there.

Not many IOs in black. Glen is a long track [the longest Potomac hosts an event at], so track capacity is pretty high for black and red, where drivers are [supposed to be] competent and efficient at managing traffic.

It will be awesome to have your new ride at such a great track. Welcome, and see you there!

Hello everyone,

I go by Cairo94507, but my name is Michael. I am a long time Porsche owner since buying my first in 1973, a '73 914 2.0 off the dealer's lot. Had over a dozen P-cars since. Also been a PCA member for over 30 years.

Currently have a '10 997 C4S 6 speed and am original '71 914-6 undergoing a complete restoration. Though it was separated from its original motor back in the late 70's, I have an '87 3.2 going in so I can enjoy it as an around-town driver.

I was just made aware of this forum by a friend over on 914World.com so I thought I would check it out. I will post some pictures of my 914-6 restoration when I get a chance. But just wanted to introduce myself and say hello to everyone. Cheers.

Hello everyone,

I'm Ian Larson. My dad is Handlebar.

I've done several autocross events, and I participated in my first DE event last summer. I hope to be a part of more in the future.

Last year, my Dad asked a question about undergraduate studies and engineering and I really appreciated the feedback.

I have a 2002 BMW 330i, but I likely won't be taking that to college this year as I have one more year in the dorms.
