Vari-pitch level says my floor has a 1/8" drop per foot (over 4' around where the lift is centered). Laser level says 29mm drop over 2727mm. Both of these come out to a slope of 0.6°. So the slope of the floor is not a problem. Next test - slab thickness.

I think if you roll all of those drawings up real tight they will fit in my garage. F your FWPs! Next you'll be putting in a turntable because backing out is so bothersome... Sheesh!
Don't see a gun safe in the TR model either.

Checked this one out at a show recently
I'd still need the ones I have but at least I won't have so many laying around the house How about a one post lift? Some of those are even portable.

Some thoughts. No need for a wide lift. Wide lift is handy when getting in and out and working on the int while the car is on the lift. This is about .2% of the time. The rest of the time it is eating shop space. Placing a post against the wall makes moving around on that side of the shop a bitch when there is a car on the lift that is not at full height and precludes any use of the wall space. I might not try to have a garage that can hold 2 cars flat on the floor. You give up much for that with the width you have. I might move the lift over a bit to open a "squeeze by" path around the post and to leave room for some wall storage on that side. Work space on the sides of car are way better than in front. when in front you are walking a lot more and with a lift you are now walking around the lift too.
With the post off the wall you might be able to place some of the stuff you have on the other side on that wall. In my shop I placed the post off the wall but unfortunately did not leave a path around the post. With the next big shop reconfiguration I plan to move the work bench on that side to open up a slip by path. I find it very handy to have storage and flat surface on the wall side when working on cars. Tools needed and parts that come off that side stay on that side in arms reach on the wall side bench. With the car at full height or no car on the lift the area between the lift can hold folding tables and you can make a nice motor building arena with plenty of Flat Surface Area around you. FSA is the holy grail of small shops. Seated to the right of FSA is Reconfigurability. FSA is needed in almost any function in the shop and fills up fast. I don't see enough FSA. Reconfigurability is also key in small shops. Rather than a fixed bench make it a Rolling bench with semi common use tools underneath and another rolling small cart. The small carts are just right for all the "in use" tools and small bits. toss the planned tools and parts on the small roller and go to work. I have an extra small cart if you need one. My present configuration has 3 components that cover 95% of the standard work. The big three I use all the time. A good Stationary tool box for storage of non in use tools. A large, solid, stable, strong workbench on 4 high quality overbuilt locking casters. This bench should have much mass to it from the frame work, thich solid working deck, heavy stuff stored in it and be equipped with a good vice. The small tool cart rounds out the triad. I also have an open tool storage station that is movable but it could be deleted with little felt loss. YMMV. My shop slowly evolved to this configuration and like it way better than any of the previous formats. I can reconfigure the shop space in seconds depending on the need at the moment. The lift does not have to be perpendicular to the side wall. Us OCD types might blanch at the idea but you might be able to install it at a slight angle to ease the loading of the lift and to set the right side post a bit deeper in the shop. This might ease up the parking of the second car. Put storage shelving on the Left wall in the dead space between the door and post. Make the work bench movable. Set the lift as deep as you can get away with. working on short cars you can leave bench as shown. when loading a long truck on the lift you can move the bench out and to the side.
