Amazing work. Is this a project with no budget or do you control costs through your own labor? I can't always tell what's new vs a lot of your cleaning time.

Engelbert,
Been watching your builds for sometime. Was wondering if you'd share your car adventures through PCA's Porsche Panorama? If so, let me know what is the best number to reach you. Thanks, Vu

OK, I think it's time for an update.
I moved the car over to the 4 post lift to do the alignment. My initial adjustments were not to far off. I also did more work on the interior, also installed the side skirts. I left them off just in case I need to make some adjustments on the rear torsion bars. Here some pictures of the interior. Another little detail added. I started to disassemble the Targa top. unfortunately the aluminum panels were gone and complete corroded. Thank goodness David gave me another top which had some pieces missing for parts. It turned out that the panel are in good shape. Also the side frames were in better condition then on the top which came with the car. Bits and pieces to be cleaned and restored. The panels after I cleaned them up a bit. I blasted the frame pieces and rail gutters and powder coated them satin black. Here is the frame assembled. Hardware restoration. Here the rear pins. Before: After: Test fitting the frame. Some detail pictures More hardware ready to go. Test fitting again. The side panels are riveted on to the frame, and the webbing front and rear glued and riveted. Next is the burlap fabric Test fitting again. Now the foam layer. Since I had to wait for the Targa top skin to come in, I moved on to something else. I made a 3rd brake light. It mounts with the center bolts of the grill, and has 2 LED bars in it. I know, this is not for everybody, but I like it, and it is the only one like this on the planet, LOL. Finally I got my steering wheel, MOMO Prototipo Heritage line. I had to get it from France, nobody here in US had in in stock. At least I couldn't find it. To be continued. Cheers Engelbert
