Yeah, thats what I thought. "Approved" vs any good (IMO) are two different things. AFAIK, They all use "Maryland Collision Center" off Old Gunpowder Road (used to be Mudgetts). They had to respray my mustang 3 times and it still wasn't perfect. It was so bad the second time, they even called me to ask to spray it again. Ford dealer there in the circle damaged my car during warranty work and farmed out the paint work to them. One of my friends used to work there. I wouldn't use them. Had I known they were farming it out, I would have used my own guy.

I wanted another opinion so I asked my friend and neighbor Paul, who happens to be an adjuster for the big insurance company on the lake, what he thought. He also restores 65/66 Mustangs including paint, so he knows what he is looking at.
His only comment about the paint work on the GT3 “no runs, drips or orange peel, I think it is really good” I’m very pleased with the work. YMMV
