Like I need another project......
......but I couldn't turn this one down. Not really a convertible guy as I'm not blessed with the prerequisite thick flowing hair that convertible folks have. Speaking of which, thanks to Good Hands for telling me about this one. Found this car sitting behind a repair shop and the owner was disgusted with it since he had a unintentional light encounter with a fence post and scratched the paint on the nose and passenger side. Damage is minor and can be easily fixed. Car was pretty crummy from sitting outside and needs some serious detailing and I will take are of bringing the the maintenance up to date. I drove it around the neighborhood the other day and motor runs great and shifts smooth. Lots of little things need fixed but that is the fun of projects like this. Interestingly enough, this was one of two cabs painted in the special order ($1500 option) for 1992 only Tahoe Blue so it's a pretty unique color/car.

Like the color combo. Almost bought a Tahoe blue over white 968 coupe years ago. That too was a very limited run color year. I guess anything other than red,white,black and silver could be rare as special color paint on an already pricy 4cyl in the early 90s was hard to justify.
