Default Massive Bike "Bicycle" Swap Happening 2-11-18

I will be there, just curious to see if any other Dorks will be there, its in Westminster MD, about 60 miles from DC.

About 4000 people show up, and you can bring a bike to sell, its a $10 fee to sell it, admittance is $5.

I AM SELLING MY SINGLE SPEED IF ANYBODY WANTS ONE!

Interesting. I could really use a new bike, wish I had a clue about buying them.

Its all about what you want to do with the bike, and obviously the size needs to be correct. I used to ride quite a bit, and haven't for about 8 years, after a recent doctors visit I think that I should pick it up again....

I am looking for a cyclocross bike or another road bike, oddly enough I don't want a carbon fiber frame. This is the my first time going to this event, so...?

Just left there. Got some really good buys on stuff. Lots of bikes to look at and some really good deals on new leftover bikes.

Always a good time, even if I come home a little poorer. Candy store comes to mind.

We need to do some Dorki rides. I just got back on my bike after too much time off. Yup Doc says a minimum 30 minutes a day, five days a week. Doing more then that now. Halfway thinking of training for half or full century sometime this year.

Sweet!

I have a habit of acquiring new bikes and need to focus on moving on from the old.
