Default Need to borrow a 991.2 with Sunroof and Front Axle Lift

Some of you may know that I work for an electronics company that makes user programmable controllers for P-cars equipped with PASM. I am reaching out to local members with a proposition. I need to borrow a 991.2 car to read the data, specifically the data for Sunroof and Front Axle Lift operation. There will be no changes made to the car, just reading the data of these optional features. The process will take a day. In exchange for the use of the car I will comp either a DSC Sport controller(worth $1290) or do an oil change + GT3 alignment at our shop. Any takers?

helluva a deal for a brief loaner!

hey tom, just out of curiosity, why the sunroof data (matters)? i get that the axle lift could affect body roll, but the sunroof? ...maybe less rigidity = different readings, i guess?

We have DSC working damn well on 991.2 cars including .2 GT3's and .2 Turbo's. For some reason Porsche changed the CAN ID for Sunroof and FAL option on 991.2 cars. When a DSC is plugged into a 991.2 with these two options it send an error message when either option is activated. The function of these option remain normal but the error message is annoying. Once the data is read we can change the CAN ID of out device to conform to the two options. All the cars we have and have access to don't have Sunroof and FAL option.
