2004 M3 street/track
2004 Silver Gray M3
70,500 miles 6 speed No accidents, no dings, no paint work. All weaknesses addressed (subframe, Vanos, rod bearings) Airbag recall done for both sides. Everything works, needs absolutely nothing to drive it on street or track. Passes VA emissions. I've owned this car for 4.5 years, building it into my interpretation of an E46 M3 GTS. I wanted something that worked well on the street and the track, while still looking factory. It has slowly turned more track oriented, but I still find it easy to commute in. I have overmaintained it as safety and reliability on track was the most important thing to me. Any issues were addressed immediately, and I ran the best fluids I could (Motul 300v and Castrol SRF). I have a thick folder of receipts I do not want to add up. The engine was built fresh ~3K miles ago after a misshift eventually blew the stock engine. Most of the modifications have been done in the last two years and 10K miles. Engine and clutch in last 3k. RRT has maintained this car. I have an opportunity to buy a different track car and my wife says I can't have three cars again, so this one has to go. *SOLD* Engine: Shrick 288/280 cams Shrick DLC followers Pauter Billet forged rods Forged pistons Supersprint V1 stepped headers Supersprint V1 section 1 with cats Supersprint 2.5" dual section 2 (The new, oversized one) Dinan muffler K&N intake CSF Triple pass radiator Epic tune.
