Dwayne,
So sorry but glad you're okay! I'd heard about this from Frank but didn't want to post until it was public.

Happy to let you share my car for an enduro (I figure that's the only way I have a chance to get a podium finish)...but you'd have to help me sort it out, first. Suspension is extremely similar to yours.

Peter

Hey Peter - you are very kind to allow me to podium your car for you - after sorting it out. LOL

Honestly, thanks. I may take you (and others) up on the offers to co-drive until my heap is fixed up. (interested parties, the cue starts here) And I'd be glad to help sort out your suspension - because it means I get to drive more (Bwahh ha ha haaa!). Maybe I'm not so Ok after that accident...

Is it too early to ask for pics? How busted up is it? You need mostly front end parts?

Here are a few pix.

It's busted up in the shape of a banana. I believe (now) that it's fixable and work is progressing.

When I hit, my velocity vector WRT the wall was about 45 degrees, but my AOA (angle of attack) - or angle of incidence WRT the wall was about 20 degrees yawed to the right of parallel with the wall. In other words, the car hit left rear first followed about 20 milliseconds later by the left front and then again the left rear.

Thankfully you did not have to pay to rebuild a tire wall or replace armco sections!

Seriously though, it does not look too bad. Even if frame is a little tweaked, it can likely be straightened for a few extra thousand. Likely no reason to have to ditch the tub.

I've got mirrors and SC flares cheap, but looks like you really need a whole qtr. Keep us posted on how the frame checks out.

I don't know, looks like the force of the impact knocked the silver paint off of his front wheels!
