Buyer pays the 5% to BAT at close and BAT shares contact information. Everything after that is between the buyer and seller.
There have been cases where the buyer refuses to pay the seller, and I think a couple where the buyer refuses to sell because they thought the price was too low, even with the reserve. No recourse in those situations. Also, I think BAT sets the reserve, not the seller, but Enzo would know better.

I sold a 911 race car on bat last year.
In order to bid you give them your cc. As soon as you win bat hits the cc for the 5% fee. When I sold my car, buyer wired funds the next day and sent transport to pick it up a few days later. Piece of cake. Seller sets the reserve but if bat doesn't like it they will try to get seller to lower it or just not list your car. They had no problem with my reserve. And my car went over anyway. Their copy writers aren't the best. You have to keep correcting them via multiple emails. I sent them the whole thing already written but they redid it and messed it up. In the end it was a good way to sell my car. I'd do it again.
