check hotels with underground garages. i have seen one that has the lower level FULL of expensive and classic cars.

Intersport's new location in Ashburn (I don't know the price) or a 2 car garage at Summit Point (about $600/month and there is a waiting list).

Nice concept, kinda reminds me of a combination of these two ventures rolled into one. https://automotorplex.com/ and https://london.acecafe.com/ which started as more of a biker bar but they have their car nights as well. Very cool place, if you get to London be sure to visit!
