For private airports bordering the DC airspace , having a plane to be hangered will be just one of your requirements. It ain't gonna happen.

Nice concept, kinda reminds me of a combination of these two ventures rolled into one. https://automotorplex.com/ and https://london.acecafe.com/ which started as more of a biker bar but they have their car nights as well. Very cool place, if you get to London be sure to visit!
