Default Results from PCA Potomac Autox events (1 & 2) are posted

Once again I'm finding too much to do, and not enough time to do it..... But slowly I'm catching up. Bear with me.

Last weekend we had a terrific Autox #2 at Baysox Stadium. 52 drivers strutted their stuff out on the course that looked simple enough. Many people struggled to improve their times, realizing the speed in many corners offered multiple line options, and making everyone think twice about which was the best route. I'm still working on articles to describe more of the events. But in the meantime, results (for both events) are now posted (PDF file links) on the Autocross - Schedule page at www.pcapotomac.org. As are picture links.

If you have any questions, please send them to autocross@pcapotomac.org.

Thanks to all for getting PCA Potomac Region's 2009 Autocross Season off to a GREAT start!

Dohhhh.....I need to fix those results. Chris was actually driving a 928, not the 912. At least I had him in the correct class (P2). I will fix and get the corrected results reposted. Unfortunately, this sometime happens when our database has someone driving more than one car. Thanks for bringing that to my attention.....

Tony, VERY GOOD photos!!! I think these are some of your best. Now only if my skills could have been that good. My times were all within 0.5 seconds of each other. Well it least it was a very fun day, sorry I couldn't stay for fun runs and to help clean up. See you at SP next month for AutoX #3.

Thanks for the kudos. Brian helped with the 1st Heat photos. I'm also getting better about post-processing my photos. Many have been tweaked and cropped to look better. And I'm also getting better about discarding some; about 125 pictures never made the cut.

Another great event. What can I say, I'm addicted. next time I hope to have the fo-fo back on the road so I'm not driving the Mini Cooper. Otherwise I see myself scheming ways to put stupid money into that car as well...

Mike, it was good to see you again, hope to see you and the 944 next month. It is easy to get addicted.

I think I need to drive the boxster more often. Might be able to give Bob a run for his money this year
