Is there enough interest to make this happen? We could absolutely split it up into different days. Maybe make it a once a month or once every couple of month thing to get through them all?

From the photos, I can tell that I would absolutely love to see these setups in person. Really amazing garages and shops here!

“At work” tech call.
Seems it is hard to hear me on Bluetooth with the tractor running. Otherwise good tunes and a classic tractor make for good gravel.

Glad to host an open shop day. Have more old German chainsaws than German cars so the 1.5 hours from DC might not be worth it.

Just sorted this one out. Sthil 08. Mid 1960s magnesium case. It sounds like it looks. None of the wimpy modern “safety” stuff ether. Out here in the woods we die like men.

(Well I do have a 66 912 and a 70 911 client car at the moment.)

I'm sure my dad would have loved that saw...would have reminded him of marking and cutting trees for the forest service in the late 60's. Not sure many do that as a summer gig anymore

Packing mules with gear and living in a fire tower all summer.

Kurt's efficient use of space at his old garage and new place are always extraordinary. He's a master of organization and layout.

My place, while thankfully spacious, is still a mess in process. I would be willing to be part of a garage crawl, as long as participants are up-to-date with their tetanus shots.

It didn't seem like there was strong interest. I'm definitely still up for it, though.
