Interesting - It does appear that they use a different definitions of common track terms such as turn-in point, apexes, racing lines and surfaces, gators, etc. After thinking about it, I think they are more in line with SPEC944 racing.

It looks like, for some turns, they're braking their inside front wheel (when it's on the ground...). Look at 0:22 and 0:34. Help with turn-in?

Its just the (lack-of) weight on the wheel due to their low roll stiffness.

I can understand why some analysts suggest stadium trucks and rally cross are the key to getting more young people interested in racing. Even though the trucks are jumping around like monster trucks, there is still real (and interesting) racing going on. You can have the spectacle to attract newcomers to the sport while still keeping it about getting around the track quickly (unlike say some drift series where it’s partially style points)

^This -- totally agree! Great racing, cool sounds, exciting atmosphere. Boy how would I love to drive one of these.
