Default Who rebuilds & tunes carburetors?

Thinking about pulling the carbs off my 2056 motor next off-season. They are EMPI HPMX "Weber clone" 40 IDFs. Just a street car, not looking for racing performance.

Any shops (preferably in Virginia) that are particularly adept with these? Bonus if they're reasonably priced...

I could help you rebuild them if you'd like to learn.
Quick check online and I found a decent kit for $67.00 (you'd need two kits).

Tune them rich! Big bore kits have heat sensitive pistons.

Bump my thread to see if there is an easy way out...

Any shops that are adept with tuning & synching carbs? Maybe a VW shop?

Ray at ASG did mine many moons ago and it ran just fine while I had the /4 in it.
Also Eric at WillsWerks knows his stuff (MFI and carbs)
