funny how flying to the ISS is a huge deal, when it was routine for the US for decades. And there is a long way just to go to get back to where we were 50 years ago (Moon surface).
There are a lot of cool advancements though. Astronauts getting big screen TVs and an XBOX to play on the flight, etc. I imagine space flight was a lot more boring n the late '60s.

Remember that SpaceX has been sending cargo in un-manned rockets to the ISS since 2012. They gained a lot knowledge & experience in those 8 years before eventually sending live humans.
