Default Sport Seat Vinyl Repair

Looking for some advice. I purchased a set of vinyl sport seats for my '84 911. The seats had been reskinned, but not reassembled. After reassembling, I discovered the holes below. It looks like the upholsterer mistakenly cut the holes. I also noticed a chunk of the lower flap on the backside was missing.

Took the seats to a couple of upholstery shops in NoVA; both claimed the holes could not be spot repaired. The seats are in otherwise really nice condition, so I have no desire to reskin. Can this be fixed? Can I fix it myself? I'm not expecting a concourse repair, but the holes bother me...

Check out https://www.fibrenew.com/

They say they can do things like that. I don't have any experience with them, but maybe it worth to check.

Cheers

cut out a piece of black leather and spray back side with 3m headliner spray and stick it on...if you do it from upper seam to the bottom and around the metal piece, it may just look normal...if you need a small piece of black leather come by and i will give you piece...
