FS: 1979 911SC ROW Slicktop

We have another car on the way and I’m out of room. 1979 911SC, (ROW) rest of world (i.e. european car, light weight) imported from Germany by the first owner, when he passed he left the car to his son and the son traded it to Porsche of Annapolis for a GTS. That is where I found her. No sunroof, no a/c, crank windows, short gears. The car is in outstanding condition a number 2/3 on the Hagerty Valuation scale. 134,000 Miles Comes with a few extras, that are not installed: Torsion bars 23/31 BK Harness Truss Fabspeed 200 cell cat Factory short shifter Some Misc. parts You simply don't find cars like this anymore. $47,500     ^^^ 1/4 tank of fuel, w/ spare and jack

This is the 3.0L you want to make a PCA E race car from. Higher compression, different injection system and other stuff from the US version.

The 78/79 ROW 911SC does not have the high compression engine, that engine first appears in ROW SC’s in 1980 @ 188 hp, 81-83 911SC bumps it up to 204 hp, ask Charlie. Nonetheless this car is very light weight due to the lack of a sunroof, roll up windows and tartan interior, a true factory hot rod. I originally bought the car to build a vintage track car but the car is in excellent original condition and I couldn’t justify modifying it for track duty.
