Strong technical lead sought for exciting application/web development. Skill set: Solid skills in Java application development with Swing, familiarity with SQL database, knowledge of Web interfaces and scripting languages such as HTML, JavaScript, CGI, Perl, CSS, and PHP and service oriented architectures. Some level of familiarity with Macromedia Flash, DREAMWEAVER, Adobe Photoshop, and FrontPage helpful/desired. Experience with change management required. Requires familiarity with Windows and UNIX/LINUX-based platforms; Mac a plus. Strong self-starter with proven project experience required. Excellent communication skills. Experience developing Web or Java/J2EE-based applications with JSP, Servlets, Java, and EJB desired. Responsibilities include:

Architecture and system design
Preparation of project schedules and work assignments for team members
