Default I upgraded Mrs. BeerBurner's car

First off, thanks to all who offered advice on my thread about this car.

Anyway, we weren't planning on buying another car yet but her 257k mile, BMW 323is has been getting long in the tooth. It still did everything it needed to do but the cosmetics were getting rough and she wanted a four door.

Her brother tipped us off to a friend of his who was selling a 2010 328i xDrive. The mileage was higher than I'd normally buy but he's a BMW mechanic and this was his girfriend's car. She wanted to keep it long-term so he basically zero'd everything out before she found a blue one that she bought instead. (There's something to be said about getting a documented, mechanic's car!)

We got it for well below the car's value.

Anyway, here are the pictures from when we brought it back from Pennsylvania on Saturday. We're happy about it.

BB.

We stopped at an antique shop after getting the car and found a BMW mug. We felt the Universe was smiling on us.

Very nice, Brian. Congrats! Funny, an antique store with a BMW coffee mug. I feel old.

Nice get! I had one as a loaner from BMW of Fairfax during Snowmageddon a few years back (the one that came out of nowhere and caused 12 hour commutes). The xDrive performed flawlessly getting me around all the stuck people between Herndon and Centreville. Only took me 2 hours!

Looks great for that mileage. The PO must have taken good care of it.

Congrats and enjoy it....
