I can't think of a single reason to use an independent for for covered work.
I know Mr Budd and he is detail oriented and a sharp tack. I have seen Thomas go to bat for clients at his own risk and earnings expense. The rest of the Tysons operation is as you will expect of any dealer in this area.

Follow up - Tysons Porsche
Following up to report good service and prompt attention by Tysons Porsche to a blown coil pack that was causing the Toy issues. Interestingly, the coil pack failure caused multiple warnings, including the stability management system. All better now.
