I think I have clearance. Maybe go up the night before. It starts on Saturday, right? What time do the gates open.
More clarification on the turn arround trick? (Are you talking about the highway that goes arround the back of the park?)

Jazz how much room for parts? I want to bring my car. Anyone bringing a trailer? I contribute some fuel money!

If I bring the van, I'll probably take all of the seats out of the back - basically 4' x 8' x 4' of cargo space. The only thing that sicks is that being a non-Porsche vehicle, I think you have to park in the boonies. Maybe if we all go in on a vendor space, I can park in the middle of the event. Hmmm....

Sounds like a tailgate party!
How many kegs do we need? May be we should stay Saturday night instead of Friday. Or do vendors get in on Friday to set up?
We might just need 2 vendor spaces.
Maybe our sponsors will help if we put up a banner with their logo?

Maybe we can sell memberships 1/2 price? All proceeds to go to the refreshment fund.

Bummer. I'm out. Got to inspect the N. Neck house that weekend. If I ever want to live in it.

Bill--

No flooding problem. One of the reasons we chose our lot was it sits on a bluff up about 10-15 above the high tide mark. Also, it's on a well-protected creek off the river, very small/shallow access inlet.
PS--Sorry about the pumps. They've been on my project list for a long time. Couldn't pass them up.

Dan, no problem on the pumps. My windsheild pump works most of the time. The headlight washer doesn't. I'm going to paint the car and I figured that I would trace the problem when I have the fender and bumper off anyway. My expectation is that the headlight washer is sort of a novalty anyway, but I figured if the pupm was free, the only other thing is a few bucks of tubing.

My windsheild pump is near the battery. I think the headlight pump is burried on top of or in front of the washer fluid tank? I think I have to take the tank out or the bumper off to get to it?

I have some freinds that live down that way Mcgee and Bob Drazinski.
Drazinski was a neighbor who made a pile of money in a biotech company and retired. Mr. Mcgee, a neighbor's father has had hi place down there forever I'm told.

Bill--

Both my pumps are non-functioning. The car spent several years in Minn. with several winter commutes between Minn and Fla and I suspect they got a real workout.
Where're your friends at. My new place is outside Heathsville. That's maybe 10 mi. NW of Reedville, 20 mi. NE of Irvington.

Dan, I don't know where they are. I've actually never been down there. The closest I've been is Colonial Beach when I was a kid.
I guess it was just a shot in the dark. It's possible I will do a day trip on the boat sometime this summer. We're on the Eastern Bay about 1/2 way between Wye river and Kent Narrows.

Dan, I got my windsheild pump working. I's really easy to take out and disassemble. I found it gummed up. I cleaned it up and it works now. You might find the same thing. I don't know if the other pump is the same or different. I now have it squirting at least on the drivers side. I just have to unclog the other squirter.
