Vicegrip - when you build one of these, can I come over and use it? Got lots of rusty parts.

Got the small home version. I take the Syncrowave and load in a big Green Tungsten, up the amps to 11 in AC with HF, set the dig low, and zap the end to a round ball, then set the
DiG to max and use the big fat arc like a magic electron wire brush. Not even close to same or as nice as the laser tool but works well for preparing aluminum and steel for tig. and No it is not on the loaner tool list.

I have to admit I'm not getting this??? Usually don't have any problems following dave's humor: sex/cars/drinks, places were sex/cars/drinks are the bomb, how to spend $$$ on sex/cars/drinks. But this one escapes me

Wrestled my new to me 3500 tyre changer out of the bed of my pickup Saturday without hurting myself to bad. Set it on an old wooded 1000 lb. furniture dolly that's seen better days. Near 500 lbs. and tippy at best so didn't try to move into shop till I shift some cars around.
Plan was to fab a permanent dolly so I could move the changer around as needed. But then went to Costco of Sunday and found this It can support up to 1,000 pounds, has three modes from two wheeled dolly, to 4 wheeled supportive dolly, to full 4 wheel cart. It’s all aluminum, tall and has solid tires. Won't replace my 20+ year old Craftsman for light duty work but since I want to store the changer outside when not needed it should be very handy. Why outside storage? No matter how big your shop is floor space will always be limited. Even backed against a wall a tyre changer, no matter how small a foot print does require some work space around it. Figure I'll see if it work's over by the compressor but push comes to shove making weather roving it and move it in if needed might work better. The new hand cart will make moving it around a lot easier with out having to fab anything. Plus it should make loading, unloading or moving wheels and tyres around a lot easier too
