[QUOTE=Jase007]David R:

I am sure it involves a pot leaf ... oil slick ... and outline of a buxxom woman T-8 ... hmmm ... I think I am mostly sideways through there ... I'll wave early and often and be sure to give the "dorki special salute" yes, I know she is an official

I thought I’d keep it simple, something like “141.” Though, the silhouette idea sounds interesting

David R.

If I can get the camcorder thing setup ... I might actually capture some video this weekend. If that is the case .... I'll get my dorki salute to to your special board via a fisheye ... for all to enjoy, AHEM, I mean posterity

Jase

p.s. Will have some bea-U-tiful tall velocity stacks for the race on the new motor. Stop by and check 'em out.

Jase,
I'm backing up Riley on turn 2 and will be waving a pair of passion pink see-more drawers just for you.

Are those the ones with the buttons up the middle,

where your grandpa used to fiddle,

in the good o-summer-time?

Oldtee:

I look forward to your salute.

Mind you, I ought to be concentrating on the track but ... I've been known to multitask ... right into a wall or two [no cars yet ...(sound of Jason knocking on wood)]

Curious to see the gas $ prices ... CAM2 112 was US$6.25 at the Glen 3 or 4 weeks ago. Thank goodness am not running 2.8 or 3.4L

Cheers,

Jase

A little late to the thread, but I'll be out there too, so look for the moving chicane in Group 3 on Saturday and Group 2 on Sunday. This is my first CR weekend, just like KJ.

Thanks for all the volunteers.

I am sure you'll have a good time and will not be the moving chicane. Remember, there are a lot of other noob racers out there as well not wanting to fuch-up in their first PCA event. Look for the rookie "X" and watch their moves if you are getting ready to pass ...

[edit] take this with a grain of salt b/c 1.) it was free, 2.) I am mentoring a noob PCA racer that has an early 70s RS/R and has been recing in other venues for quite some time [end edit]

Cheers,

Jase

Skip, no one I mentor is a moving chicane! I will teach you the fine art of blocking, er, uh, I mean, protecting your line You can also borrow my book, "1001 Excuses of Why You Didn't Win, Vol. 2).

Thanks Jase and Manny. I'm really looking forward to the weekend and the excitement of really racing. Manny, I do need your book, although I have already started to use some of them - at least my expectations aren't too high as I'm expecting to be last in class, but looking forward to duking it out with Sam and maybe Mark.

See you later today...
