I have a 3.0L that will be availible, still in car so you can hear it run and drive. I am trying to find the time to swap out with a 3.5L i built up, was actually hoping to get started this weekend. Car is in Hagerstown, if interested, you can have a look while still running this Saturday morning. Solves my problem with a second set of hands dropping the motor out

Much appreciated John, Karl, and }{, and all the other Dorki bretheren helping me with this search...at this point if I am going to slap another 3.0L, it's going to have to come from a 1978 to 1980 SC. I forgot about the top end conversion needed for the later SC's. Brother Kiriyakos, want to play around with a SC motor??

So,I am focusing on a 78 -80 3.0L or a 3.2L, preferably with paperwork. I will consider a rebuilt motor if documentation is provided or if it comes from a reputable shop.
Surprised to see motormeister is still around on fleabay...

above link is gary's motor, raced against him a bunch, very very strong and reliable car for him. he is moving up a class and putting a 3.2 in which is the reason for the sale....gary is a good guy and Dan jacobs is a very reputable builder...if you buy it lemme know so we can check for all the cheater parts that made that thing so fast.
