On the fuel side, if the pump is running and you aren't getting fuel to the fuel rail, you likely have something blocking the main fuel line. easy enough to disconnect the main line where it goes into the fuel rail, get something to put the line into so you can see how much fuel is getting through. for that many years the fuel lines are likely all gummed up and rubber parts rotted, and are going to have to be replaced.
